From a 5 year old Partnership firm, Graduated to a New brand Arete
This was the time when we started our company. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing.

first employees
This was the first period when Consulting WP actually felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were growing more stable and expanding at the same time. We needed a new office as we had severely outgrown the last one. We started scouting for a new location.

first recognition
By this time we were a well known name within the industry. We had been prominent members of the industry for more than 16 years and worked for some of the biggest clients in the industry; we weren’t dismissed by anyone because we could not be dismissed by anyone.

Padmaja Duvvuri is one of the finest person and a through professional in her field of giving valuable and on-time mentoring, that i have met in the recent past. Her biggest strength is that she listens with complete focus, understands and analyses the issue and then provides sage guidance.
It was an instant click between my mentor Padmaja and me. I deeply connected to her sense of passion and fulfilment that she feels towards her work. With more than 6 years in corporate job, a decision to take up my passion for sketching more seriously, and become a full-time professional artist, was exciting and at the same time nerve-wracking to think about going down the path of entrepreneurship! Padmaja was there to lend a supportive shoulder and helped me move past that phase. I was soon preparing for my very first exhibition, and I was glad to have her as a sounding board. She made me realise the importance of paying due attention to the seemingly little things. She was there to give me the boost of confidence just when I needed it the most.
