It was an instant click between my mentor Padmaja and me. I deeply connected to her sense of passion and fulfilment that she feels towards her work. With more than 6 years in corporate job, a decision to take up my passion for sketching more seriously, and become a full-time professional artist, was exciting and at the same time nerve-wracking to think about going down the path of entrepreneurship! Padmaja was there to lend a supportive shoulder and helped me move past that phase. I was soon preparing for my very first exhibition, and I was glad to have her as a sounding board.
